Welcome

Welcome to this website for my counselling and expressive therapy practice in Victoria, BC where I offer support for infants, children, teens and adults of all cultures with respect to diversity. I provide a safe environment and a warm, accepting therapeutic relationship from which you or your child may explore and heal.

Meet Kathryn

I am a Master's level therapist and Registered Social Worker who has devoted most of my career to working with individuals with moderate to severe and complex mental and emotional health issues. I have extensive formal and post-graduate training in evidence-based interventions and healing modalities. I take a holistic and integrative approach that is informed by the cognitive, emotional, physical, social and spiritual needs and preferences of the individual. I have enjoyed working with the multicultural community and with Aboriginal people in First Nations communities.
